A suspended Merchant Center account for Google Shopping is an account that can no longer run ads on Google Shopping. If your Google Shopping Merchant Center account is suspended, you can still sign in to look at past data. Let's say we think a merchant isn't following the Merchant Center Terms of Service or the Google Shopping Policies. We may have to suspend the Merchant Center account, along with any related AdWords and Merchant Center accounts.If this happens, we'll send the merchant an email explaining that the account has been suspended due to a violation of the Merchant Center Terms of Service or the Google Shopping Policies. The email will include what steps to take to reinstate the account. In addition to the email, we'll also show a suspension notification in the affected Merchant Center account. In most cases, we'll give the merchant 7 days to resolve the violation.How can my account be reinstated?
If your account has been disapproved and you would like to apply for reinstatement contact us. Our team will review your account and you will receive an email within 5 days explaining whether your account has been reinstated.Next steps
